Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@fashionshopa.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Change of Mind – Unopened & Unused Products

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery—as long as the product is unopened and unused. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2. How to Start a Return

1. Email Us: Contact us at service@fashionshopa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

2. Get Authorization: If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This must be included on your return package.

3. Ship the Item Back:

   • Use the original packaging, including all accessories.

   • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

   • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

4. Inspection & Processing:
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
